Get yourself a new journal for this course. This will enable you to record your journey and give you opportunity to see how far you have come when you review it months and years later.

  • Try fasting for one day on just water and lemon juice. See how the mind and body react.

  • Bring your symbol of the Divine into the kitchen. Pick a symbol that you find uplifting.

  • Make a note on how your food tastes have changed from childhood to adulthood.

  • Try to make the connection between foods that you eat and how they may feed certain emotions.

  • Try not to shop for food when you are hungry or emotional.
